Ingredients:

4     quarts        corn
1     quart         water
12    teaspoons     sugar
4     teaspoons     salt
Directions: one line for each direction. When saved the lines will be numbered.
  1. Cut corn off cob and put in a large kettle. Add water, sugar and salt. Stir to mix. Bring to a boil. Turn down heat and simmer 10 minutes. Remove from heat and set kettle in ice water to cool quickly.

  2. When cool, put corn and liquid into containers. Leave room for expansion as it freezes. Freeze.

  3. To prepare for serving, heat in pan and drain. Add a touch of butter if desired.

  4. This recipe yields ?? servings.
