6 cups hydrated instant couscous
1 red onion
1 red pepper
1/2 cup sliced almonds
1 cup golden raisins
1/2 cup chopped flat-leaf parsley
1/2 orange
1 orange
1/2 lime
1/2 lemon
1 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons sugar
Directions: one line for each direction. When saved the lines will be numbered.
Mix hydrated couscous, diced onion, diced pepper, sliced almonds, golden raisins, and parsley. Whisk the together the citrus zest and juice, olive oil and sugar. Pour over couscous mixture and toss.
