Ingredients:

3     cups          cooked white rice
1/2   cup           raisins
1     teaspoon      vanilla
1     can           sweetened condensed milk - (14 oz)
1     can           evaporated milk - (12 oz)
1     tablespoon    sugar
1     teaspoon      ground cinnamon
Directions: one line for each direction. When saved the lines will be numbered.
  1. Spray inside of 2- to 3 1/2-quart slow cooker with cooking spray. Mix all ingredients except sugar and cinnamon in cooker.

  2. Cover and cook on LOW heat setting 3 to 4 hours or until liquid is absorbed. Stir pudding. Sprinkle pudding with sugar and cinnamon. Serve warm.

  3. This recipe yields 8 servings.

  4. Nutritional Information Per Serving: 385 calories (70 calories from fat); 8 g fat (5 g saturated); 30 mg cholesterol; 140 mg sodium; 68 g carbohydrate (1 g dietary fiber); 11 g protein.
