Ingredients:

1     pound         ground turkey
1     can           kidney or pinto beans - (15 oz)
1     can           low-fat low-sodium chicken broth
1     can           diced tomatoes - (14 1/2 oz)
                    = (flavored with chilies, preferably)
1     can           tomato paste - (6 oz)
1     tablespoon    chili powder
1/8   teaspoon      cinnamon
1/4   teaspoon      cumin
1/2   teaspoon      freshly-ground black pepper
Directions: one line for each direction. When saved the lines will be numbered.
  1. In a large nonstick saucepan, brown the ground turkey until it is no longer pink. Drain off any excess fat.

  2. Add the remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Lower the heat and simmer for 10 minutes.

  3. This recipe yields 4 servings. Serving size: 1 cup.
