Ingredients:

1     pint          sour cream
2                   scallions
2     tablespoons   bacon bits
1/2   package       Hidden Valley Ranch dip mix
Directions: one line for each direction. When saved the lines will be numbered.
  1. * Note: Be sure to use REAL bacon bits and not the artificial "salad topper" variety.

  2. Mix dip mix (be sure to use only 1/2 package) into sour cream. Add chopped scallions, reserving a small portion for garnish.

  3. Serve dip in a flat bowl and sprinkle bacon bits and reserved scallions on top. Serve with pork rinds and celery sticks.

  4. This recipe yields 16 servings; 1.6 carb grams per serving.
