Ingredients:

1/2   cup           unblanched almonds
1 1/2 cup           shredded cheddar cheese
4     ounces        cream cheese
2     tablespoons   dry sherry
2     teaspoons     Dijon mustard
1     pinch         cayenne
Directions: one line for each direction. When saved the lines will be numbered.
  1. Spread almonds on a baking sheet; bake in 350 degree oven for 25 to 30 minutes or until toasted. Chop almonds finely; set aside.

  2. In food processor or by hand in a bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, sherry, mustard and cayenne; blend until smooth. Add nuts and process to mix.

  3. Serve immediately or refrigerate in covered container for up to 3 days.

  4. This recipe yields 6 servings; approximately 3.7 carb grams per serving.
