Ingredients:

3     cups          fresh yellow corn cut from the cob
1     tablespoon    flour
1/2   stick         butter or margarine
2     tablespoons   brown sugar
1     teaspoon      garlic salt
1     tablespoon    chopped parsley
1     cup           milk
2                   eggs
1                   small jar pimentos - (2 oz)
Directions: one line for each direction. When saved the lines will be numbered.
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. In a bowl, mix the corn kernels with the flour. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour into a baking dish and bake for 1 hour.

  3. This recipe yields 4 to 6 servings.
