Ingredients:

3     pounds        small red potatoes
3     tablespoons   minced fresh mint leaves
3     tablespoons   minced fresh parsley leaves
3     tablespoons   unsalted butter
3     tablespoons   sour cream
                    Salt
                    Freshly-ground black pepper
Directions: one line for each direction. When saved the lines will be numbered.
  1. In a steamer set over boiling water steam the potatoes, covered, for 10 to 12 minutes, or until they are just tender.

  2. While the potatoes are steaming, in a bowl stir together the mint, the parsley, the butter, the sour cream, and salt and pepper, to taste. Add the potatoes to the herb mixture and toss them well.

  3. This recipe yields 8 servings.
