Ingredients:

2     large         onions - (1 lb total)
1                   green bell pepper
3     large         garlic cloves
1/2                 fresh jalapeño chile
                    = (including seeds)
2     tablespoons   olive oil
1     tablespoon    chili powder
1     teaspoon      ground cumin
2     teaspoons     salt
1     can           whole tomatoes - (28 oz)
                    with juice
2                   zucchini
2     cans          kidney beans - (15 oz ea)
1     tablespoon    chopped semisweet chocolate
3     tablespoons   chopped fresh cilantro
Directions: one line for each direction. When saved the lines will be numbered.
  1. Saute onions, bell pepper, garlic, and jalapeñno in oil in a 4-quart heavy pot over moderately-high heat, stirring, until softened, about 5 minutes. Add chili powder, cumin, and salt and cook, stirring, 1 minute.

  2. Add tomatoes with juice and zucchini and simmer, partially covered, stirring occasionally, 15 minutes. Stir in beans and chocolate and simmer, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes. Stir in cilantro.

  3. This recipe yields 4 servings.
