Ingredients:

2     cans          clams
1     cup           diced deeled potatoes
2     tablespoons   butter
1/4   cup           chopped onion
2     cups          milk
1/2   cup           sherry
                    Salt
                    Freshly-ground black pepper
Directions: one line for each direction. When saved the lines will be numbered.
  1. Drain clams. Cook onion in butter. Add potatoes and clam juice and cook until tender. Add clams and milk. Heat and season. Do not boil.

  2. This recipe yields 4 servings.
