Ingredients:

3                   plums
1     cup           nonfat milk
3     tablespoons   honey - (to 4 tbspns)
1     tablespoon    lime juice
1/2   cup           ice
Directions: one line for each direction. When saved the lines will be numbered.
  1. Cut plums in half and remove pits. Puree fruit in blender with milk, honey and lime juice until smooth. Add ice and puree. Pour into 2 glasses and serve right away.

  2. This recipe yields 2 servings.

  3. Each serving: 202 calories; 74 mg sodium; 2 mg cholesterol; 1 gram fat; 46 grams carbohydrates; 6 grams protein; 0.59 gram fiber.
