Ingredients:

1/4   cup           olive oil
3                   garlic cloves
1     tablespoon    chopped parsley
                    Salt
                    Freshly-ground black pepper
1/2   pound         angel hair pasta
                    = (or other thin dried pasta shape)
Directions: one line for each direction. When saved the lines will be numbered.
  1. Heat the olive oil, garlic, parsley and salt and pepper to taste in a saucepan over medium-low heat for 10 minutes. The garlic should be tender and the aroma potent.

  2. Meanwhile, cook the pasta in boiling salted water until al dente, about 3 minutes. Drain. Combine the olive oil mixture with the pasta. Taste for seasoning.

  3. This recipe yields 6 servings.

  4. Each serving: 135 calories; 50 mg sodium; 0 cholesterol; 9 grams fat; 1 gram saturated fat; 11 grams carbohydrates; 2 grams protein; 0.70 gram fiber.
