Ingredients:

8                   Granny Smith apples
                    and sliced
1     package       dried apricots - (8 oz)
1     cup           orange juice
1/2   cup           sugar
1/4   cup           lemon juice
2                   cinnamon sticks
1/2   cup           rum
Directions: one line for each direction. When saved the lines will be numbered.
  1. In a 5-quart or larger pressure cooker, add all ingredients. Allow liquid to begin simmering.

  2. Immediately adjust heat to stabilize pressure at second red ring (15 pounds pressure). Cook for 1 minute.

  3. Remove from heat and let pressure subside naturally, (Natural Release Method).

  4. Remove cinnamon sticks and serve over ice cream or as a filling for crepes.

  5. This recipe yields 6 to 8 servings.
