Ingredients:

4                   boneless skinless chicken breast halves
4                   snow crab clusters
                    === TERIYAKI MARINADE ===
3/4   cup           peanut oil
6     tablespoons   soy sauce
6     tablespoons   sherry
3     tablespoons   brown sugar
1     tablespoon    grated ginger
2     teaspoonss    grated orange zest
1 1/2 teaspoon      minced garlic
Directions: one line for each direction. When saved the lines will be numbered.
  1. For Teriyaki Marinade: Whisk together all ingredients; set aside.

  2. Place chicken in glass pan. Cover with 3/4 cup Teriyaki Marinade. Set aside 1/2 cup Teriyaki Marinade for dipping sauce. This should not touch raw chicken. Cover chicken with plastic and refrigerate 4 to 8 hours.

  3. Place chicken on broiling pan and broil 5 to 6 inches from heat for 15 to 20 minutes. Turn chicken while broiling and brush with another 1/4 cup Teriyaki Marinade.

  4. Meanwhile, brush snow crab with oil and broil 5 to 6 inches from heat for 5 minutes. Serve chicken and crab with reserved 1/2 cup Teriyaki Marinade for dipping.

  5. This recipe yields 4 servings.
