Directions: one line for each direction. When saved the lines will be numbered.
Grill the bread, or toast it in a 350 degree oven until the bread is golden brown.
Using a fork, in a bowl, combine the crab meat, mayonnaise, sour cream, mustard, and 2 teaspoons of the chives. Season to taste with pepper.
Spread each crisp with one-eighth of the crabmeat mixture. Sprinkle with the remaining chives, and serve.
This recipe yields 8 servings.
Comments: Blending snow crab with a minimum of seasonings -- just a bit of mayonnaise and sour cream, and a touch of mustard -- shows off its fresh, briny sweetness. These crisps heaped with snow crab, will disappear quickly at your next party.
