Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter
1 teaspoon Dijon-style mustard
4 drops hot pepper sauce - (to 6 drops)
4 snow crab clusters
Directions: one line for each direction. When saved the lines will be numbered.
Place butter in microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on High power, 1 minute, until melted. Stir in mustard and hot pepper sauce to taste.
Place snow crab in single layer in microwave-safe baking dish. Cover with vented plastic wrap. Microwave on High power 4 to 5 minutes, until heated through.
Serve with Diablo butter for dipping.
