1 can chick peas - (16 oz)
1 small green pepper
1 small red onion
1 jar pitted black olives - (2 1/2 oz)
1/2 cup Italian dressing
4 cups torn romaine
2 cups torn lettuce
1 can Spam luncheon meat - (12 oz)
4 ounces Provolone cheese
2 tomatoes
Directions: one line for each direction. When saved the lines will be numbered.
In small bowl, combine chick peas, green pepper, onion, olives, and dressing. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour.
Just before serving, combine romaine and lettuce in salad bowl; pour on chick pea mixture. Top with Spam, cheese, and tomatoes. Toss gently to mix well. Serve immediately.
