Ingredients:

1/2   pound         sushi-quality amberjack fillets
                    Soy sauce
                    Wasabi
                    Pickled ginger
                    Mizuna or other decorative greens
Directions: one line for each direction. When saved the lines will be numbered.
  1. Slice amberjack fillets on the bias into 1/4-inch thick slices. Serve on a plate, arranged decoratively with accompaniments and garnishes alongside.
